Tips to Prevent Colds

You may have heard how to prevent colds. Drinking vitamin C, provide hand sanitizer or wash your hands frequently.

Here, a strategy that could be added to fortify themselves.

Drinking tea
Various studies show that drinking green tea, black tea, oolong tea or pekoe tea, five cups a day can make the immune system 5 times stronger to prevent bacterial and viral infections. The researchers suspect that these properties did natural compounds derived from tea called L-theanine.

Exercise regularly


Studies at Appalachian State University in North Carolina found that women who exercise regularly being as brisk walking 30 minutes, 5 times a week, lowers the risk of respiratory infections by almost half. A study found that just one night of sleep deprivation alone can reduce immune cells repellent infection and makes it more susceptible to colds and flu viruses.
